Bloom Elicitation

Clinical Individual Assessment

Bloom is a clinical, reflective instrument used to assess how strain, meaning, and direction are experienced over time in a person’s life or work.

It is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers. Responses are reviewed and interpreted within a clinical framework and treated as confidential assessment material.

Take the time you need. Answer as directly and honestly as you can.

Describe the forces in your life or work that shape you the most. They may be pressures, inspirations, expectations, conflicts, or energies. What pushes, pulls, or moves you?

When you think about growth, what does it mean to you? What conditions help you expand, and what conditions make you contract?

Describe the obstacles you find yourself facing most often. These may be internal, external, habitual, or structural.

What do you naturally bring to groups, projects, or relationships? What do you believe is your “signature impact” on others?

Where do you feel the most tension in your work or life? What situations consistently create strain, conflict, or misalignment?

Describe the kind of environment or structure in which you function best. What does an ideal ecosystem look and feel like for you?

What gives your work or life meaning? When do you feel most aligned, alive, or connected to purpose?

Describe the future you’re moving toward — personally, professionally, or both. What do you hope to build or become?

If there is any additional context you believe is important for understanding your responses, you may describe it here.
